Every herbal raw material entering the facility undergoes quality control and analysis before processing. Reports are prepared, and their suitability is approved. After gravimetric determinations (mass determinations) are made,
The compliance of the produced semi-finished liquid extracts with standards is checked. Here, the quality of the substance is determined with equipment such as Spectrophotometer, HPLC, and TLC plates.
EVEN THE WATER WE USE IS PROCESSED
The water coming from the network is purified TO become pure water. After an additional filtering process, it is converted into ultra-pure water. The risk of microbiological reproduction due to stagnation is eliminated by passing it through a UV line.
HYGIENE BARRIER
Barriers have been set up at the entrance of the facility to keep staff hygiene under control. People entering the facility cannot enter without taking soap at these barriers, washing their hands, and disinfecting their hands and boots.
COLD AIR STORAGE
Semi-finished products produced in the facility are stored at +4°C. Product entry and exit are made from separate doors.
Herbal Liquid Extract Production
Extract production is carried out with methods we developed ourselves. Equipment cleaning is done with the CIP (closed system chemical cleaning) system.
PRODUCTION LINE
Filling is done without touching, using a clean and hygienic production line.
